Annie happy after her walk with Auntie M. and Uncle Darren Well, Annie has us on our toes again. Just when we thought we had things under control she reminds us who is really in charge. I guess it's our payback for dragging her around the mall all day yesterday. She did not sleep and fed pretty much round the clock. Let's just say I was exhausted. I did what any new Mom would do, cried and then called my Mom! Thankfully she had a solution and suggested that Miranda and Darren come over to help out. Thankfully Auntie M. and Uncle Darren were willing and able to come over.
Saturday morning Mason had to get ready to head out to Uncle Steve's bachelor party. He and Poppa were carpooling so he and Gramma stopped by for a quick visit. Gramma h
ad not seen Annie since her birth as she has been sick with a cold until now. It was nice to see them bonding and catching up.A while later Auntie M. and Uncle Darren arrived to relieve me of my parenting duties for a few hours! They took Annie for a long walk and allowed me to get caught up on sleep so I felt somewhat normal and more able to face the day and the demands (although cute) of my newborn daughter. Thanks guys!
