Our Snuggle Bunny

It was a beautiful day yesterday. Annie and I decided to take advantage of the great weather and get outdoors. I thought I would take advantage of Annie's nap time and go and garden. I know...me...gardening?! Who would have thought. Unfortunately after getting ready, hauling all the gardening supplies out of the shed and getting into a groove, Annie decided her nap was over. So I decided to dress her in light layers, put a sun hat on and bring her outside with me to play with her toys on a blanket. Thankfully Annie is not mobile so she happily played for almost an hour. At one point she saw me pulling out weeds so she tried to copy me by folding her blanket up off the grass and the proceeded to yank the grass out of the ground. It was cute, but I have since taught her to be "nice" the to grass. So now she pats the grass like she does with Henry and Skye. It's pretty cute.

The gorgeous weather has been fantastic but the one downside is that we don't know how or what to dress Annie in. The poor kid doesn't have many "summer weight" clothes so we have had a few outfit changes in one day depending on the temperature.

Yesterday I took a few pictures of Annie in her adorable bunny jacket from Nana Share. She happily played in her large laundry basket and even played with the Easter Basket Grass. Thankfully she did not try to eat it.

I hope everyone has a fantastic weekend and enjoys the record breaking weather and spending time with family and friends this Easter weekend.
