So, apparently I cannot add as I have more than 21 days to go until I go back to work. I don't know where I got the idea that I had less time. I'm going to blame it on Mommy Brain as it seems like a good excuse.

This past weekend has been a chaotic one in the Fraser household. Yesterday Annie was a sick little monkey and projectile vomited 5 times throughout the day. She was miserable and kept saying "Nana". I am not sure if she was asking for my Mom or for a Banana. As much as I'd like to think she was calling for her Nana, I think it was her way of asking for food as she said it again this morning while reaching for a banana. Smart kid huh?!

I am happy to report that Annie slept throught he night and only when I went in to get her up this morning she had only a quarter-sized vomit stain on her sheet. I was worried about how this morning would go so I breastfed her every half hour like we were told. She surprisingly kept it down so I gave her a bit of applesauce as the kid was saying "Nana" non-stop. To my surprise she kept that down. So I then gave her 5 tspns of baby cereal and she also has kept that down. Knock on wood everyone, but she's down for her first nap and seems to be on the mend.

Mason and I were really looking forward to getting some gardening done this weekend, but go figure Mother Nature had other plans for us and it's rained the whole time. Go figure!

Well, with Annie's birthday fast approaching we are trying to finalise plans for her big day and decide what to get the little monkey. I am trying to make her a photo book with excerpts from the blog about what she was doing, how we felt over the course of her first year. It's taking forever and I don't know if i will be done in time.
