300 Days of Annie!

Annie, cheering along with the rest of Canada!

We cannot believe that we have had Annie in our lives for 300 days. We cannot imagine life without her and have learned so much from her in such a short time. It is hard to put into words really what she has brought to our lives. It is amazing how different we are (for the better) by having her in our lives.

In the past 300 days Annie has accomplished so much. Here are some of Annie's latest 'tricks'
- She can say "Dada", "Mama", "hi,", "All done" and "baby"
- She is learning to crawl and can get from point A to point B with less tears each day
- She can stand while supported
- She can feed herself 'real food'
- She knows what the potty is for and does her business and has about a 90% success rate
- She knows how 'big' she is and shows anyone willing to watch that she is "SOOO big!"
- She blows kisses to anyone willing to catch one, or more (yes, including strangers)
- She is learning to communicate using Baby Sign and can sign "milk", and "eat",
- She has an infectious smile and loves to sing, dance and clap along to her favourite songs

Annie is such a beautiful, engaging child who is full of life and curiosity. We cannot wait to see what the next 300 days bring for Annie and our family. To celebrate Annie's 300th 'birthday' Sidney Crosby gave Annie a priceless gift of winning the Gold medal in Men's Hockey. We were all so happy and proud to be Canadian.

xo,
Amber, Mason & Annie
