5 B's and the Big Girl Crib

Annie fast asleep in her Big Girl Crib & our creepy parent monitor!

Last night was the first night Annie slept in her Big Girl Crib in her own room. Although she did not cry and was happily asleep in her own room it was a different story for Mommy who shed a few tears on both of our behalf. Annie is still sleeping like a champ and letting her Mommy and Daddy relax at night and enjoy some much needed shut eye. She is really catching onto her bedtime routine and making the nighttime a fun and relaxing time for all of us. We call her routine the 5 B's (Bath + Bum + Books + Boob/Bottle = Bed!)

Today we had a great day filled with a lot of visitors. Amy, JD, AJ, Nana Share and Uncle Daniel all visited. We spent the day chatting, taking care of babies and having "Kwality" with a "K" Indian Food. I love being able to spend time with Amy, Mom, the Boys and Daniel. I can't wait until Annie, Jonathan and Alex can interact together and look forward to seeing each other. I remember the Pyjama parties I used to have with my cousins and can't wait to create these memories for the babies.

A few days ago Mason and I got a new laptop so we are happy to report that there are all the new pics up on the blog as well. We appologise for the delay but with our old computer it was crashing each time we attemped to upload pics.

We are also part of the "Oprah" movement and joined Skype. We have been able to talk to Dean in Columbia and Granna and Grandpa Outschoorn in Nova Scotia. It's amazing technology really, so for those of you who aren't on yet join so we can all chat.

Too much happened in the past few weeks to break it all down for you but some highlights were Babypalooza, visits from friends, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Annies first Playdate with Makai, Annie's first few sleepovers at Auntie Mira and Uncle Darren's and Gramma and Papa's houses, sleeping in her big girl crib, finally enjoying bath time...as you can see the list could probably keep going. The pictures speak for themselves really.
